definitely buy this 👍🏻 I’m size 2xl – 3xl (22) and can fit me easily as lots of stretch on the belt. if you are smaller it will fit you too as the velcro will go around you more. it warms up nicely 👍🏻💪🏻, the massage function is a great addition too. U can sit with it plugged in, but I choose to use my own phone power bank charger as a portable power source which worked well as fitted into pocket at the side. you can buy one for less than £10.00 so worth it. I have hip bursitis and hip dysplasia. wish they made a double one 😍😍😍😍💪🏻💪🏻😁⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is an excellent heating pad with very strong velcro strips which wrap easily around the leg to keep the pad in place. There’s separately a stretchy belt which can also be wrapped around the body for extra support and is definitely strong enough and stretchy enough to fit, I would think, the majority of people. There really is a lot of give in it, so if you do have curves you needn’t worry as it should fit.
The actual effects of the pad are very, very good. I’ve been suffering really severe pain on my upper, outer thigh which was causing sleep loss as well as all-round misery and tiredness. Thanks to the heat, combined with the optional massage, my pain really did ease to the point that I could sleep and the pain wasn’t evident for around another two days or so after the heat and massage therapy offered by the pad; as a side note, there’s no automatic switch off, so it’s up to the user to decide how long or short the pad should be left on.
Easily accessed by a panel of buttons to press at the outer top of the pad, the heat has three levels of intensity: red is the hottest, green is medium and blue is the least amount of heat. All levels are easily noted as the buttons panel lights up with each colour as you cycle through them. I have noticed that the massage is stronger if used in combination with the medium or lowest heat, whereas it’s a little less and a bit quieter when combined with the highest level of heat. That isn’t to say the massage is too noisy… it is simply the standard vibration noise of a massage pad such as this.
All-in-all I highly recommend this heat and massage therapy pad for anyone suffering from pain in this region of the body. It really is a quality item for, at the time I bought it, a very reasonable, very generous price (I would guess it would be at least three times the price on Amazon, where it’s possible you’d be charged for the pad to come in a box instead of the perfectly fine bag I received it in, complete with instructions).
A mother who has hip problems highly recommends it; the pain symptoms have significantly subsided, and the posture has become more stable.
