It cools pleasantly, but is uncomfortable to wear. It doesn’t stay in place and needs to be constantly adjusted.
It blows air, that’s a fact. The neck cooler triangle works, it really cools the neck. The two side fans practically blow air to the ears, while the back one is fine. The battery certainly doesn’t last as long as it says in one of the pictures. If the fan runs at the lowest setting without cooling, it can probably last about 6 hours. Adding anything else will reduce the operating time.

overall excellent. strong fan performance even on the lowest setting and a helpful % indicator of battery life when you initially turn it on so you know where you stand with that.
the fan down the back is very nice too!
the cooling mode does cool things further but the effect isn’t as strong as expected compared to other battery powered fans with a peltier device.
last thing to mention is the fan noise, at lowest setting it is good but audible. you certainly wouldn’t use this in a quiet space without turning some heads for all the wrong reasons. at higher settings the increase in noise is disproportionate to the extra airflow in my view so I’m unlikely to use that much.
the noise at any level would be completely fine if you are out and about in shops, or other busy environment and it will keep you nice and comfy.
the device is not heavy but if you are of a slender build and stature (I’m > 6ft) it might be very large on you
The device matches the description, and surprisingly, the silver plate in the neck area is noticeably cooled.

This is very good! I use it to go to the bathroom during the night as it is very 🥵 hot here this summer and the lights raise the temperature. I also hope I am saving electricity but am clueless as to the comparison of USB charging and lighting. I also water my large evergreen shrubs in pots after dark. It is perfect for not disturbing the neighbours with intrusive flood lights. They last a long time between charges. 10 out of 10 from me! 🙂

In picture 2, when I wear the device and want to turn the cooling on or off, an audible signal would be helpful. Without a sound, I don’t know if my button press has been accepted.
