Order Returns

We offer a 14 day return policy. You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To return an item, please follow the instructions provided in your order confirmation email. You will need to include a copy of the order invoice and the item in its original condition.

The customer pays for return shipping. Some of the items may be shipped from abroad and except in ulikely situations where the items arrived defective, the customer bears the cost of shipping back to the origin country.
