    These work. You get a burn going almost straight away. You will definitely need to wrap the handles though, they are very slippy and have zero grip. other than that these are great.     The exercise isn’t really the same as battle ropes. I flick them quickly for wrist exercises, swing them high-to-low in alternating arm raises, and roll them forward, up and down.
    They’ve been very good for high intensity circuit training.

    These work. You get a burn going almost straight away. You will definitely need to wrap the handles though, they are very slippy and have zero grip. other than that these are great.
