I also bought another pair, where the clasps are distributed around the thigh area. In the end, I found this design more comfortable. From my experience, it’s better to use the clasps on longer straps, as it’s more comfortable that way.

They work very well, they just aren’t as comfortable as I imagined, but you get used to them. The most important thing is that they keep the shirt in place
