Wanted a docking station for my Macbook (single external display, with keyboard and mouse). In the beginning, the display was not working. Was about to write for faulty device. But after reading the manual, found out that your Macbook (or source machine) needs to be connected to a fixed port on the back side. Has to be connected with USB-C port on your machine. And most important thing, from your laptop to the docking station, it has to be USB-C to USB-C with a high grade cable (USB3). You can use the one provided in the box. Or else, if you use normal USB-C to USB-C cable, your laptop will detect this docking station as USB2 device and display will NOT work. For me, currently, everything is working perfectly.
Good quality, Works well with both HDMI at same time, but only one USB 3 port can work at a time when using a dual screen.
