Perfect. It cools the entire head. I have another similar cap, and this one has more gel inside, so it holds the cold better. It doesn’t take away the migraine, but it helps a lot. I use it a lot.

It’s really great! Just to let you know, it does relieve migraines, but it doesn’t make them disappear for me personally! But it’s really ingenious, I keep it in the freezer all the time, and when I need it, I take it out but wait at least 15 minutes before using it because otherwise it’s too difficult to handle as it’s too cold! On the other hand, I fell and almost sprained my ankle, and I put the cap on my ankle all night, and it actually helped a lot! I highly recommend this one, especially for those with migraines, because it’s not just the front of the forehead that feels cool; it wraps all around and is closed at the top! I haven’t tried the warm setting yet!

One of the best I’ve bought! It takes away headaches after a few minutes. I’ve taken painkillers before that were “strong” but didn’t help, and the only thing that helped was this cooling cap.

I’m delighted with this hat! So far, I’ve only tried it in the cold, but it can be warmed up in the microwave (freezer, not freezer compartment) and that’s enough. It covers the entire head without being too tight, even around the eyes. It’s going to be great for summer!
