    helps great for me, I fractured my hip and pelvis few years ago and this helps calm and support when it’s bad days with the pain and stiffness makes things a bit more bearable to do throughout the day, easy to put on and adjust.
    I can wear it under my clothes and don’t even realise its on.
    but makes a good bit of difference and helps me be able to get about easier
